  • Provides treatment for mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, psychotic and adjustment disorders as well as Alcohol and Drug

Ashok Rao, M.D.

  • Has been a physician for 27 years and psychiatrist for 22 years
  • Received his medical training in India and completed his Residency in Psychiatry at the University of Tennessee
  • Licensed in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi
  • Treats adults and geriatric patients
  • Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry
  • Board Certified by the American Board of Managed Care Medicine
  • Has privileges to practice psychiatry at St. Francis, Lakeside Behavioral Health, Community Behavioral Health, Methodist and Baptist Health Systems

Tejinder Saini, M.D.

  • Received his medical training in India and completed his Psychiatry Residency at the University of Tennessee, in 1986
  • Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
  • Certified by the American Board of Managed Care Medicine and by the American Board of Disability Examiners
  • Licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi
  • Enjoys working with adolescent, adult and geriatric patients
  • Specializes in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders as well as chemical dependency
  • Medical Director for Community Behavioral Health
  • Currently admits patients to Lakeside Behavioral Health, Community Behavioral Health and Methodist Healthcare Hospital
  • Consults at Baptist Memorial Hospital and Methodist Hospital

Patrick Hopper, MS., LPC - MHSP

  • Graduate of The University of Memphis; B.A., Psychology, 1986; Counseling & Personnel Services with concentration in Community Agency Counseling, 1993.
  • 23 years experience working with adult and geriatric clients in group and individual settings.
  • Extensive experience in counseling and therapy of individuals diagnosed with psychotic disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse/dependence, anxiety, anger and behavior management issues.
  • Completed Basic/Advanced Hypnosis Training, and certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists, Inc.

Trina Middleton, L.C.S.W.

  • Graduated from the University Of Texas in Arlington with a Masters in Social Work in 1983.
  • Over 18 years experience in outpatient mental health treatment.
  • Enjoys working with families and couples but her practice includes adults and adolescents in a variety of problem areas, including anxiety, depression, grief, women's issues, acute stress, adjustment reactions, couples and family problems, as well as stress management
  • Currently leading a group therapy for adults with depressive disorders
  • Completed Level I EMDR training

Chuck Fitzgerald, L.C.S.W.

  • Graduated with a Master of Arts in English Literature, a Master of Science in Social Work, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • In addition to private practice experience, has three years experience in providing psychotherapy to hospitalized adult psychiatric patients
  • Works with young adults, adults, couples and parents, specializing in depression, mood disorders, PTSD, addictions, physical, emotional and sexual abuse, and anger management
  • "The difference between a difficulty and a problem is that a difficulty can be solved, but a problem cannot be solved. The only 'solution' to a true problem is to outgrow it.
