Referrals
may be made by physicians, agencies, employee assistance program
counselors and individuals by calling (901) 566-1002. Answering
service is available after hours and weekends for special
needs and emergencies.
Hours
HealthQuest
is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Weekend
and extended after hours appointments are also available.
We have a 24-hour emergency service.
Payment
We
accept most manage care plans, private insurance, TennCare,
Medicare, Champus and self-pay.
