 HealthQuest Philosophy
HealthQuest is a private outpatient center dedicated to providing quality comprehensive psychiatric and counseling for children, adolescents, adults and senior adults. Our services are structured to identify and provide appropriate treatment in a comfortable and relaxed setting. Treatment goals are to meet the patient's needs without hospitalization, however, hospitalization is needed and recommended for some patients. Trained staff can make recommendations regarding hospitalization and residential treatment when deemed necessary.
Here are some of the many attributes we have to offer our patients:
- We provide 24 hour coverage, seven days a week.
- We have a therapeutic setting with over 5,000 square feet of space.
- We are centrally located in Memphis and our office is approximately 20 minutes from almost anywhere in the city and suburb.
- We are a multifaceted group with clinical interest in geriatrics, general adult psychiatry, and in the child and adolescent population.
- We have 7 providers and these include psychiatrists and licensed clinical social workers.
- We offer urgent non-emergency appointments usually seen by the next business day. In fact, emergency appointmentsare usually seen on the day that we receive the phone call.
- We endeavor to see all new patients within three business days.
- Our office does offer extended clinic hours. We are generally open from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m., and we do offer Saturday appointments.
- We have a proven track record of flexibility with insurance carriers and patients.
- We do acknowledge that the patient care goes hand-in-hand with the overall service experience.
- Our practice manager handles most new patient appointments to streamline the new patient process.
About Mental Health Treatment
When medical treatment is necessary, you rarely hesitate to consult your family physician. Emotional and psychological needs are as well treatable by our doctors and clinical staff. The HealthQuest staff is interested in the emotional, physical and spiritual needs of each patient in order to provide an individual, comprehensive treatment plan.
